During project management, the number of BIPs in the backlog increases as the customer’s needs and the project requirements grow, so having the ability to order the BIPs by prioritizing them speeds up the development of the project.
From DoneTonic we advise you to create a quick view to locate those BIPs that have already gone through refinement but are waiting to be associated to a sprint:
Select the options Ready – Not Done – Open – No Sprint, with this selection you will only see in the Backlog the BIPs that are already in Ready status, that is to say that they have been refined and are ready to be transferred to the sprint.
If you still need more filters, you can use the filters offered by DoneTonic in the Backlog itself.
Once you select one of the filter options, it will be applied on the generated view.
When in the backlog you have many PBIs already refined and pending to be added to the future sprint, you can also group them with the “Grouped by:” option, which will allow you to sort the view already loaded:
